Before becoming one of Chicagoland's most respected Third Party Brokerage Firms, the origins of Caton Commercial were deeply rooted in the experiences of Founder and Principal, Bill Caton.

Plainfield and the surrounding communities buzzed with opportunity in the late 1980s and early 1990s, making it an ideal market in which to leave a lasting impact. Caton Commercial quickly became well-known for success and advocating for its clients. It also made a name for itself through community outreach through various civic organizations. That tradition of friendly, yet professional service came full circle when Bill's children Steve and Christina joined the firm in 2003 and 2006, respectively.

Since then, the firm has grown considerably, expanding its focus to assist clients all across Will, DuPage, South Cook, Kendall, Kane, Grundy, and DeKalb counties.
