-Build and maintain a fully functioning pipeline of clientele
-Actively conduct business development efforts, such as canvassing/prospecting/marketing/networking, in regard to new business and client assignments
-Participate in twice monthly brokerage meetings and training and coaching meetings as set by the Managing Broker or Sales Manager
-Stay up to date on industry trends, changes in the market, new technologies that enhance the way commercial brokerage is conducted, continually seek to hone skills and seek ongoing professional development opportunities
- Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders in order healthy and productive relationships
-Holds a Illinois Real Estate license, actively in the process of licensure or is willing to obtain one with our guidance
-Desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
-High level of competency in negotiation and conflict resolution
-Competency in organization and utilization of a client management and deal tracking tool
-Strong research, qualification and follow up skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Professional and personable demeanor
-Reliable transportation and the ability to meet prospects and clients during business hours and off-hours of evenings and weekends, within reason, as needed
-Comfortable meeting new people and networking to develop a client base
-Entrepreneurial mind set and a high degree of self-discipline
-Computer savvy in MS Office Suite of Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), internet research, and social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
-Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
-Bachelor's degree (preferred)
-Prior experience in commercial real estate brokerage is preferred and sales and/or customer service is required
