Terra is an Association and Commercial Property Manager for Caton Property Management. With a dual BA in Business Administration & Organizational Leadership she is committed to being a team player as well as leading the operations of a property. Terra has been a community manager for over 13 years, gaining experience with budgets, capital projects and project management. As a seasoned community manager, she is passionate about advancing in the commercial property management field and enjoys supporting her residents and clients. Terra’s commitment to open communication helps to achieve successful interactions with clients. She utilizes resources to achieve the objectives of the property and works together with clients to understand their needs in managing and caring for a property’s growth and development.
