Once our team has refined your preferences, we will arrange to tour all potential sites that meet your criteria. We will assist you through a cost/benefit analysis for your top choices and submit proposal requests when needed.
After submitting a RFP (Request for Proposal), we will use our experience in negotiation to represent your interests through counter-proposals and offer revisions.
