Theresa joined our team to lead our commercial leasing division and oversee the full commercial leasing portfolio currently exceeding 2 million square feet. Her individual portfolio includes shopping center leasing, represents expanding restaurants and retailers, and investment sales. She brings to our company extensive background and expertise in leasing and sales, property management and commercial redevelopment.
Theresa has also established the Property Management division for the company, effectively overseeing the management portfolio to best service our investors and developers.
Prior to coming to Caton Commercial, Ms. Schulz had extensive commercial experience:

Managing full commercial portfolio exceeding 700,000 square feet of commercial properties extending throughout the southwest suburban market and into Milwaukee.
Commercial Leasing Broker, 2002 - 2006, Shodeen Management, Geneva, Illinois
Exclusive Commercial Leasing Broker for Shodeen Management, one of the largest and leading development companies in the Tri Cities. Theresa was the sole commercial leasing broker for the full company portfolio exceeding 800,000 square feet or office, retail and industries properties for lease. Responsible for all legal negotiations, renewals, new lease transactions, assignments, drawing and design via CAD, development consulting, and public relations. Successfully leased the awarded top downtown Dodson Place project in Illinois, stretching over three blocks in downtown Geneva.
