Growing up on a farm in Norther Plainfield, I learned the value of honesty, hard work, and land. I have seen the value of land in this area go from $20,000 to $160,000 per acre. I worked for eight year at a firm on Wall Street, where I bought and sold equities. I have learned that the equity markets are much more unstable than the real estate market. The tax incentives that the IRS provides through 1031 exchanges and capital gains savings makes real estate investments a great opportunity. I believe that wealth building starts and remains through the ownership of real estate, be it your home, farm, business or investment property. However, owning land is the American way of life. I work hard and understand the needs of the land owners, business owners, developers, and investors. I have dealt with some of the largest corporations and with small independent farmers. Regardless of size, my commitment to your needs and my outstanding service will never change.
