Christina is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, and participates throughout the year in various industry conferences. She is also a member of the Romeoville Chamber of Commerce, Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, Joliet Chamber of Commerce, Naperville Chamber of Commerce, Oswego Chamber of Commerce, and WillCountyCED.
Although Christina’s main focus is retail leasing, she also has experience in land sales, build-to-suit, ground leases, and landlord and tenant representation. Some of her past tenant representations include HealthSource, Chunky Chicken, Lilians Coffees, Verizon, Luigi’s Pasta and Pizza, JK Consulting, as well as practice expansions within the medical field. Through her community connections and Landlord/Tenant representation, Christina is able to meet and exceed her clients’ needs and effectively help them attain their end result.
