Responsibilities include working on proposals for brokers, including handling private and confidential business, carrying out administrative and clerical work, and giving 100% commitment at all times.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Extremely detail oriented, friendly and outgoing personality. Must have excellent MS Word, and Outlook skills and the ability to work autonomously or part of a team when needed. Must be professional and polished in demeanor and have the ability to multi task and prioritize effectively. Research and visit multiple sites for potential properties. Prepare client presentations, daily market commentary and provide client support.

•Has an Illinois Real Estate license, or is willing to obtain one with our guidance

•Entrepreneurial mind set and a high degree of self-discipline
•Computer savvy – MS Office, Internet, Social Networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Professional and personable demeanor
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
•Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus
