Melissa Cellini, a graduate of PurdueUniversity has been in the commercial real estate, service, and marketing business since 2001. Her overall work experience involves business management, public relations and marketing. She has over 10 years experience in marketing and sales that brings her clients expertise and additional value to their investment.
Melissa’s area of expertise is in commercial real estate sales and retail leasing. Her high energy and personal attention to detail brings her clients first-class service. She has represented both landlord and tenants including but not limited to; Crispy Waffle House, Mathnasium, Argonne National Laboratory – Radiological Division, State Farm, Fat Ricky’s, Synergy Staffing Agency, Aodake Sushi & Steak House, as well as practice expansions within the medical field.
As a senior member of the leasing team, Melissa participates in investor relations to promote Caton Commercial`s land, retail, office, and industrial space throughout the Southwest Suburban Corridor. She is an active member in the Plainfield, Naperville, Romeoville and Oswego Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business, International Council of Shopping Centers, and National Association of Realtors. |
